The first thing is constant communication and readily available customer support during the ordering, designing, packaging, and shipping process. At the start, a 50% deposit is required to begin production, which takes about four weeks. Then typically, within a total of ten weeks following the order date, your roaster will have arrived! Bigger plants, like 120k and 180k, may take a few weeks longer.

The final stages of production involve incorporating the customer’s prior selection of drum finish (stainless steel, brass, chrome, copper) and their custom logo application to both sides of the drum. All the while, the factory shares images along the way so that you get to follow along in the creation of your beautiful custom roaster.

Shipping Information

Unless your roaster is shipped from one of our warehouses in North America, your roaster will be crated, put in a container and shipped out from Izmir, Turkey.

From the time of your down payment, production will take 4 to 5 weeks, ocean transit can take up to 4 weeks, and custom clearance and delivery can take up to 10 days.

Warranty & Returns

All our equipment is warrantied for 2 years on parts.

Once a roaster has left our warehouse or the factory for shipment there will be no refunds granted.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Each customer can choose between:
    1. A Door to Door rate: Door-to-door (D2D) describes a shipping method where the product is picked up at the door of the vendor and delivered to the recipient’s door.
    2. A CIF rate: Cost, Insurance and Freight; is an expense paid by a seller to cover the costs, insurance, and freight of a buyer’s order while it is in transit. The goods are exported to a port named in the sales contract. … Once the freight loads, the buyer becomes responsible for all other costs.
    3. Ex-Work or FOB rate: When you use Ex Works or FOB, all or most of the shipping costs is paid for by you, and avoids any costs from the seller being involved
  2. 50% with order; 50% before final delivery (from North American port or from our warehouse)
  3. Full refundability only before 7th day of order and/or down-payment, and before manufacturing has started.
  4. Once manufacturing has started and before completion of roaster and if it has been crated, and is still at factory in Turkey, 25% of value of total contract will be refunded (50% of down-payment). 
  5. Once a roaster has left our warehouse or the factory for shipment there will be no refunds granted
